Highland Cow Auction – Terms and Conditions
Presented by Rolling 7 Ranch and Highland Coo Cattle Company

By participating in this auction, all bidders and buyers agree to the following terms and conditions:

**NO INTERNATIONAL SALES**

1. Payment Terms

  • All calves purchased through this auction must be paid in full within three (3) days of the auction’s conclusion.

  • Payment must be made via wire transfer only. Payment instructions will be provided upon the conclusion of the auction.

2. Shipping and Pickup

  • All calves will be shipped through Almost Home Livestock Shipping Company unless otherwise arranged by the buyer.

  • Calves will be ready for pickup after they have been properly weaned.

  • Each calf will be assigned an individual availability date for pickup or delivery.

  • Buyers will be notified of this date in advance.

  • A $100 late fee will be charged if a calf is not picked up or shipped within one week of its availability date.

3. Health and Veterinary Care

  • All calves will receive the required vaccinations and a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to pickup or shipping.

  • Health certificates will be provided upon request or as required for transport.

4. Buyer Responsibility

  • All bids are binding. Bidders are responsible for every bid submitted under their name or account.

  • By placing a bid, the bidder affirms they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

  • Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the calf and bidding privileges.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Rolling 7 Ranch and Highland Coo Cattle Company are not responsible for any injury, loss, death, or theft of livestock once the calf has been picked up or shipped to the buyer.

  • Risk of ownership transfers to the buyer at the time of pickup or delivery.

6. Agreement to Terms

  • Participation in the auction constitutes full agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

  • These terms are subject to change before the auction at the discretion of Rolling 7 Ranch and Highland Coo Cattle Company.
